Nigeria Visa

• Visa Required
• Submit your Valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and a blank visa page

• 1 Fully Completed and Signed Visa Application Form.

Please note that the Consular Fees should NOT be paid online to the Nigerian Embassy, as mentioned on the visa application.

All Fees should be paid to Ambassador Passport and Visa (by filling out the below Cover Letter) and Forwarded to Ambassador Passport, along with all the visa requirements and documents listed on this webpage.
Failure to do so may result in significant delays and/or rejection of the visa application.

• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• For Non-US Citizens: A copy of Green Card (Alien Registration Card) or proof of Legal Status must also be submitted
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.
• Copy of hotel confirmation
• Copy of invitation letter from host, and a copy of inviter's passport or Nigerian ID card is required.
• Copy of recent bank statement in your name that indicates sufficient funds for travel.
• For Minors 17 years and under: a letter of consent (for issuance of visa) signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents is required.  The signatures on the letter of consent should match the signatures on the parents respective passports, and the names of the parents should be the same as the names on the minor's birth certificate.  A copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.  In the event that one parent has sole custody of the minor, a copy of the court order is required.
